Your experience begins with convenient pick-up from your hotel or selected meeting point. After arriving at the park, your guide will welcome you and provide a short safety briefing before starting the journey.

Please note that we do not provide pickup from Airbnbs, Friusa, or Verón. Guests staying in those areas must go to a designated meeting point. The exact pickup time and meeting point details (if applicable) will be provided the night before your tour.
Drivers will wait a maximum of 5 to 10 minutes at the pickup location. If you are not present within that time frame, it will be considered a no-show, and please note that no-shows are non-refundable.
