1. Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Cobena Tours LLC. By booking any of our tours or excursions, including Monkeyland Punta Cana, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern all transactions made through our website, WhatsApp, email, or in person.
Eligibility:
- Customers must be 18 years or older to book.
- Minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Booking Confirmation:
- All reservations are subject to availability.
- A booking is confirmed once full payment or a valid deposit has been received and a confirmation email or message has been issued by Cobena Tours LLC.
Prices:
- Adults: $95 USD per person
- Children (ages 3–12): $60 USD per child
- Infants (under 3 years old): Free of charge
Prices are quoted in USD and may change without prior notice.
Tour Modifications:
We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary, schedule, or content of the tour in case of weather conditions, operational issues, or unforeseen circumstances. We will always try to provide equal or greater value when changes are necessary.
2. Privacy Policy

- Hotel or pickup location
- Payment information (via secure third-party processors like Stripe or PayPal)

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. Here’s how our cancellation policy works:
Full Refund:
- You are entitled to a 100% refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the start time of your scheduled experience (local time: UTC-4).
No Refund:
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or no-shows, will not be eligible for a refund.
- Late arrivals or missed pickups due to customer delay are not refundable.
How to Cancel:
- You must cancel in writing via email to booking@cobenatours.com or via WhatsApp at least 24 hours before your tour.
Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 business days.
4. Disclaimers and Risk Acknowledgment
By participating in our tours, you understand and agree that:
- Activities may involve exposure to natural environments, animals, and uneven terrain.
- Participants should be in good health and able to engage in light physical activity.
- Monkeyland has restrictions for pregnant women, individuals with asthma, severe allergies, or heart conditions.
- Face masks are mandatory during the Monkeyland tour for safety reasons.
Cobena Tours LLC and its affiliates are not responsible for personal injury, property loss, or accidents caused by non-compliance with safety instructions or force majeure events.
5. Governing Law
These terms and all transactions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes arising from services provided by Cobena Tours LLC shall be resolved under Wyoming jurisdiction.
